The Sandy Dental team had a great day out at the 2018 Sandringham Village Festival! More than 20,000 people attended this year’s fair – demonstrating the strong community values in our area.
We welcomed so many families to our marquee – our team were busy all day! Thank you so much to our patients who came along to say hello – and to the many new people we were able to meet.
The free face painting for the kids (and some good dental hygiene advice at the same time) had families lined up waiting for a turn.
The effort we are most proud of is raising money for Bailey House – an organisation that does fantastic work supporting adults in the Bayside community with intellectual disabilities
Sandy Dental offered a $900 Teeth Whitening package as a raffle prize which was really well supported by those attending our site.
We couldn’t resist showing you the photo of Dr Peter Waltham our practice owner conscripting his fairies to create some fundraising magic! He’ll do almost anything for a good cause (and a laugh).
As a local family dental practice, we believe in supporting local events and local people. The event left us feeling very humbled to be involved and be able to assist such a worthwhile organisation as Bailey House at the same time.
